National Construction was built on a foundation of hard work, experience, and a deep understanding of craftsmanship. Our founder, Marinel Puscas, began his journey in construction at a young age, learning the trade from his father in Romania. His early experience working with concrete structures in Europe shaped his skills, and after moving to Germany, he continued to refine his craft.

Upon arriving in the United States, he embraced the differences in construction methods, gaining valuable experience in wooden structures and home building. After years of honing his skills and understanding the industry, he obtained his general contractor's license and founded National Construction. Since then, he has been dedicated to delivering high-quality construction services across Southern California.
